Alma house is a purpose built building comprising of 8 individual personal spaces, the building allows young people to have a space where they don’t have to share facilities and be responsible for the maintenance of their own area with the support of staff. Staff are on site 24/7 and the area is also monitored via cctv, two of eight flats are for young people who have higher needs and require staff to be present in their flat.
All flats include the necessities needed for day to day living as well as a large hub area where activities and interaction of socialising can take place throughout the day. All areas are clean and monitored for high up keeping standards.
Staff attainment meet various needs to allow all young people the opportunity to flourish, robust placement matching is conducted for the safety of all young people and staff. We desire for every young person not to be NEET therefore, work with services to instil good work ethic.
